What is PortalForms?

PortalForms is a service that provides centrally hosted, online forms on a branded micro-site. This allows your customers to submit their order to you by filling out their details online.

How long does it take to get my form?

After completion of our intake form, you’ll schedule a call with our team. Once we’ve had our call with you, you’ll receive a draft of your form within two (2) business days. We’ll make any edits based on your feedback within two (2) business days, and once you approve, we’ll go live!

What do I receive when my form is complete?

You’ll receive the link to your form and instructions on how to login. Your login will allow you to review and/or download your orders, as well as make edits to your forms.

You’ll also receive a video tutorial on how to review and/or download your orders, and how to make simple edits to your forms.

Am I able to edit the form myself?

Yes, you are! You’ll receive the link to your form and instructions on how to login. Your login will allow you to review and/or download your orders, as well as make edits to your forms. With the login provided and some help from our video tutorial, you’ll be able to make edits to your online form.
